Unbelievable. I found unbelievable characters acting unbelievably in unbelievable situations.
On the whole I thought this was a pretty good thriller. Yes the good guy was a little over the top good and Ellie was a bit strange. The bad guy was way bad but I guess serial killers who want to be famous are over the top bad. The action was fast, I thought, and I found it quite exciting.

the plot had potential that didn't go nearly as far as it could have. the main two characters Meredith and Ellie are likable and well presented. truly well rounded overall, but the side characters get confusing as there's a lot going on there. some things that are completely unlikely to actually happen. the antagonist of the book isn't nearly as defined, nor is he developed to a point where you either hate him or like him. he's more of a blimp in the book even if the book is about him. the book itself could have been awesome, but comes across as weak and unfinished in places.… (más)
