My purpose in writing The Complete Idiot's Guide to Parliamentary Procedure Fast-Track was to provide an easy, accessible, to-the-point resource for conducting shorter, fairer, more orderly meetings. Unlike some larger books on procedure, this Fast-Track guide has a special focus on smaller meetings, such as governmental bodies and the boards and committees of nonprofits, condo and homeowner associations.
