His usual flings with subs keep falling flat. It isn't even fun anymore. On the other and we have Allison. She is taking steps toward bettering herself in a career dominated by men and has a dedicated relationship with her fiance. While at a conference, Allison makes a memorable entrance into Stone's keynote speech. One thing leads to another...
I laughed at the start of this series. It does make me wonder "what now?".

For such a short story, "Stoned" was well-developed. The author managed to cram in a lot of exposition into very few pages so that, right off the bat, we know what the H and h do for a living, we know what the conflict situation is, and the H and h do have one significant interaction. I really enjoyed the book and was disappointed that it ended so soon. I literally read the entire thing in 15 minutes; I consider it just the setup of the full story. I really, really want to find out what happens next.

Cynthia Sharon, I wish you'd included the whole story here because I'm too impatient to wait for the next in the series! LOL… (más)
