Anne E. Schwartz is a veteran print and broadcast journalist, author, and international criminal justice strategic communications advisor and adjunct professor at the National Criminal Justice Training Center. She served as communications director for more than a decade for the Milwaukee Police mostrar más Department and the Wisconsin Department of Justice. In 1991, as a reporter for the Milwaukee Journal, she broke the story of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Schwartz frequently speaks on the Dahmer case, as well as shares her expertise and provides training to international audiences on the topic of law enforcement and the media. The only reason I'm not giving this one star is because it's not unreadable, but if you're looking for a book that's mostly about Jeffrey Dahmer and NOT about reporting/reporters/police/race relations, this is not the book for you.
