I'm so torn on this review. This author clearly has promise and is off to a good start, I think, but something about this story bugged me. Mimi and Lizzy have been BFFs for years but lately they've been drifting apart, at least that's what Mimi says. Lizzy's disappeared and no one seems to know or really care where she went. Maybe it's the self-involved narcissism of the characters that bothered me. It seemed a little over the top to me but I don't know anything about elite prep schools in New York. I'm kind of curious about how the author will continue the series but I also am on the fence.… (más)
