I just finished Lydia, the 4th book in the GroVont series by Tim Sandlin. I enjoyed each book in this series, loved all the characters, and will miss reading about their lives and adventures. I will keep my set of GroVont books to re-read in the future.

Read it and thought it was great for the first half, the second half was NOT good. The only reason I was able to finish was Tim Sandlin can write good. Had looked forward to reading the sequels, but NOT now.

You'll never forget them, that's for sure. Lydia is possibly my favorite supporting character in any novel ever. I would hate to have her for a mother, but I would love to know her. These kids are in way over there heads and clearly, that's kind of the point, but there is a heart to this story. Its not for everyone, but I personally loved it.… (más)
