My eyes were opened to a subculture that I, like most, thought I knew because, after all, who doesn't have a GBLT friend of family member? I've always had mad respect for persons with the courage to live a quality/contributive life, even if it's goes against societal grains...SMILE*

This book is very confusing. Although the plot is developing the vocabulary he uses is awful. The transitions that happen within the book need work. (i.e. when they have flashbacks.) The setting keeps shifting and its just a very confusing book. A good read just very confusing.
