Pamela Robinson

This is like two books in one. Pam Robinson describes her own experiences with emotional release therapy and how she came to develop 'the process'. Then there's a brief section about how to use it in your own life and what the basic principles are.

It was a good book, and very helpful, but it was rather brief. Since I have used the process before myself, I didn't feel like I was learning a whole lot of new things here. But it was worth reading. Probably more enlightening for a person who has never tried emotional release therapy.… (más)
