That being said, this is a book that falls between the layman and a lawyer. There are some terms ('easement' comes to mind first) that non-legal readers might necessarily know - but I think that the cases are broken down enough for the intelligent lay-reader.
You're not reading actual cases - instead they are summaries of cases by the author in a light and easy way that helps you understand where our current wine (and alcohol) laws come from and where we're going.
12 Mar - This is awesome so far -- but I have to admit that I feel super dorky reading case law that has nothing to do with any of my classes over spring break. :) C'est la vie. :)… (más)
