This book starts with table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.
Intro discusses the author and her work and the invention of air fryers.
Other chapters discuss how to choose the right one for you and what it can do. Charts using cooking time are charter
Tips like saving time are included.
Shopping lists are also shown and meal plans.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
What I like is the ingredients are not prepackaged but made from scratch.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Have a lot of recipes I want to try from this book. Some recipes containa LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Cooking conversion charts are included at the end along with alphabetical index of recipes.
Good book to keep on hand as it covers so much of things we would actually eat, making from scratch.
