“To some extent I was not disappointed for, while it was intended to enlighten and guide the Entered Apprentice, the Fellowcraft and the Master Mason after he has received those several degrees, every Entered Apprentice could read the book and profit by it as a prelude to his passing and subsequently to his raising. This work has much to commend it, there being many homilies applied to the explanations of particular symbolic meanings, and the last chapter – part two of the Master Mason’s degree - is a masterful dissertation on the Hiramic legend, the symbolism to be found within it, the many lessons to be taken from it, and an appeal to all to apply its symbolic principles to themselves.”… (más)
