Il terzo volume della collana “Fumetti Zozzi” è quello fino ad ora più deludente. “Planplan culcul” ha come soggetti degli animali che vivono esperienze simile agli umani, anche se con un livello di surrealismo molto importante. Il tratto, sicuramente singolare, richiederebbe un’esposizione lineare, soprattutto in una collana, comunque, dedicata all’erotismo. E, invece, queste storie non convincono per nulla, non nel tratto, non nella sceneggiatura, non nel tessuto narrativo. Probabilmente un tratto pensato per storie per bambini, quelle che hanno portato al successo l’autrice francese, non funzionano per fumetti destinati agli adulti. This book is a collection of short stories and is described as a graphic novel. It is visually similar to a traditional comic book. It's pages are unfinished in a sense that they are not glossy like a typical picture book. This book is about the adventures a girl and her friend that is a frog. They frog talks, along with the rest of the animals and insects in the story.
I like this book for it's unique humor. For example, one of the short stories describes the frog picking up a piece of what he thought was gum from the floor and giving it to the girl. The rest of the story the two friends contemplate the "gum" actually being a small worm who has coincidently has gone missing.
I also like the informal language of this book because it makes the book interesting and relatable to the targeted audience.… (más)
