This is a marvellous story. A few typos and difficult suspensions of disbelief dropped the rating slightly. Dialogue was heavily used to good effect in pulling off this first person present narration successfully.

This cosy mystery is good entertainment: fast pace, excellent writing, mild plot and interesting-enough characters. The subtleties of being an opera singer made the story come alive.
