Andy Pritchett

An adorable book about a puppy with a stick looking for a friend to play with. The illustrations are right up my alley: simple but cute, conveying a lot of emotion and attitude. I immediately purchased a copy for my 3-year-old nephew.

With deceptively simple illustrations, Pritchett manages to convey a surprising amount of energy and activity. He really nails the idea of a puppy with a stick who wants to play.
