2022 movie #212. 1949. Based on the writer's actual experiences, a squad of the 101st Airborne survive the Battle of the Bulge in WW2, barely understanding what's going on. The adage "War is long periods of boredom punctuated by moments of terror" really applied here. Good film.

L'histoire est celle d'une sorcière (interprétée par la jeune Veronica Lake, pleine de vivacité) et de son père (Cecil Kellaway, excellent) qui, après avoir étés brûlés au 17ème siècle, décident de se venger trois siècles plus tard d'un descendant de celui qui les a condamnés au bûcher.
Film américain du réalisateur français René Clair, "I married a witch" est une comédie sympathique et plutôt réussie, que l'on peut encore regarder avec plaisir 80 ans plus tard.

Veronica Lake playing a joyfully chaotic character is an easy sell for me. A lot about this movie is clunky, but I don't care, it's fun.
