It's got a lot of good practice in it, but it could have used some serious editing before it went to print. For example, sometimes a chapter will have exercises for vocab and/or grammar not taught in that chapter - or anywhere in the book, for that matter - and in the later chapters, the lines are often missing. Despite that, it's still good for practice, and it's not like there are many alternatives for Modern Greek.

It has potential, especially given how few other options there are for learning Modern Greek, but it could use some serious editing. It's not so much typos as content that seems to be there to set up some other topic that was edited out, leaving parts that don't add up.
