I dislike celebrity written books....most of the time. I feel they are horribly written.

This one I acutally enjoyed.

It is too wordy for a storytime. BUT for school counselors, I think this book is excellent. It has a lot of mindful practices for relateable moments. Especially for those going to school and you have no idea of what to expect.

I recommend this book and the repetition is EXCELLENT. I need to use the "worry, worry, go away" chant myself!
