Ultimate Bread por Eric Treuille
I love this book solely because of the gorgeous pictures of bread. I think I've only made one recipe in it...Parker House Rolls, which I overcooked, but still looked beautiful.
This is a fantastic book for those wanting to learn more about baking bread. The pictures and the layout are very pleasing and tempt the senses.
Great pictures. Very inspiring. If you like to entertain fancy, this is a great book.
