Each plant is accompanied by 1-2 color photos that illustrate foliage and/or blossoms. I also like the "related low-water" plant sections at the bottom of most pages, which helps differentiate between the specimen in question and similar cousins that you might confuse them with (or other plants that you might consider instead).
