All-in-One Guide to Cake Decorating thoroughly covers the basics of cake decorating. Learn how to make various types of icings, successfully use fondant, form flowers and leaves, mold and manipulate marzipan, pipe icing, and fill and layer round, square and rectangle cakes. Author Murfitt even includes instructions on making your own templates.

The instructions are easy to read and understand. They are written in steps, with helpful photographs. Reading this, I felt confident that I could safely do everything in the book, except possibly for piping. Piping has always been challenging to me...

A complete guide to decorating cakes. This is a great book for a home baker. Recommended.
