“I got this because of a general interest in Esalen history and history of the Human Potential Movement, and found the book gave some of that background, but that it was a piece of literature in its own right. Obviously influenced by Portnoy's Complaint, Miller displays some chops as well as the neurosis popular at the time. I liked the book, and I'm curious what else Stuart Miller got up to in his life.”
