Like most people, I find myself going through my days distracted - the Internet, Facebook, TV, Games, junk food etc.
I found this book incredibly helpful in looking for ways I could drastically reduce how much time I spent on these activities. The dopamine hit we get is powerful and a plan is needed to escape it.
After putting in my action plan, I hope my days will be a lot more productive and less stressful.
