Shelved it after listening to only half the book. Amazingly each section sounded like important and new things were going to be said. However, that was due to it touching on these topics, and mentioning something generic similar to what astrology does. Wonder if those who found it valuable were really just filling in the blanks.

Mostly common sense stuff - nothing new here.
