There should be a "yawn" star rating between didn't like and like. But there isn't so I rated it 3 stars to give it the benefit. Good ideas? Cash flow analysis form on page 140 and the benchmark model of investments of the rich on page 30. The personal stories are unique for this type of book and keep it interesting. Target market = financial advisers.

Even though the authors have done 10 years of research, their research ended just before the real estate bubble crash of 2008 (published 2007). I'm skeptical about their real estate weighted model!… (más)
