Ralph Lombreglia

I picked up this book randomly, knowing nothing about it, and found it such a lovely surprise. The stories seem bold and simple (not simplistic), and yet nuance and subtleties sneak in. I absolutely LOVED the story "Museum of Love" - just perfect. It was wacky, sad, bizarre, funny. Maybe some of the male-female commentary is predictable and stereotypical in places, but the strong settings and characters rescue the stories from cliche.
