Lemcke (read 12 Feb 2006) The author is a veteran prosecutor in Salt Lake City and this book tells of his most interesting case. It is of course told from the author's viewpoint, and I found the account of the trial very well done, even though the facts of the case--somewhat convoluted--do not make the case itself exceptionally interesting. After reading the book, I read the opinion of the Utah Supreme Court in the case at 37 P.3rd 1115, and one sees that the author has been very true to the facts, not embellishing them .
