This is a beautiful cookbook, filled with recipes and stories, and plenty of gorgeous photos. The recipes are easy to follow and are accessible to even beginning cooks, I think. Ingredients and where to purchase them are discussed in the early chapters, so you won't have to worry about where to find things like pomegranate molasses or za'atar. I've already picked out two recipes to try next week.
