Kept me engaged but must be read with an open mind. Learned a lot of new things that I researched and that was a most pleasant surprise.

So darn good

What an enjoyable read. I liked this book, which is second in the series of three, better. I think because I found it more plausible for Rose to adjust to life in Richard's time then his in hers. I do think she could be a bit too weepy and melodramatic at times, but I find she is getting stronger as the story progresses. I also love how the author uses song titles for chapter titles.

A fine ending

A satisfying conclusion to the three part series. This was a Rose I could get behind and I enjoyed her all the more. The trip to the ice hotel was wonderfully written and I felt like I was experiencing it too. I liked how the author wrote about Rose and Richard's years apart separately. Well done.
