This is an excellent fish reference book with color photos, over 400 species, key characteristics of each breed, origins, physiology, maintenance, feeding habits, compatibility with other fish, markings and other distinguishing features. I really like the information about how big the fish get so that you can find fish that are around the same size. It also tells you, with little icons, which fish are easy, moderate or difficult to keep. I have other reference fish books but I got this one to supplement the others because it has information that's not in most of them and it's easy to see at a glance. Recommended… (más)
