This for all you skeptics and "reality" thinkers out there is quite possibly the best self-help book I have ever read. My biased opinion (being a former skeptic and philosopher) is that this book sorts the world of self help 'snake-oil' as the author aptly puts it, into a readable, and scientifically validated format of real self help. The section about positive thinking and the right way to delude (positive bias) yourself. Not only that but I realized why I have not really been succeeding (good vision, poor strategy), and the author helped to put things into perspective for me. Definitely not self help 'snake-oil.'
