Mike Kowis has written a readable book that provides practical ways to bring fun into the classroom while promoting learning. Some of the recommendations are common sense, but others are not what you will find in the usual teaching guides. Some of the edgy suggestions may be inappropriate for some campuses and contrary to some individual’s values. Nonetheless, Kowis provides a unique approach to teaching college students that is entertaining and fun.
