These characters are great - Amy is bold and brazen - Who else would run to their front step naked with a gun when being shot at? Sasha and Bruno are the best though!

I actually found the addition of the memos at the end of each chapter an interesting touch as well.

Overall I have to say this was an enjoyable mystery-thriller that was well worth the time to read. It is a little longer than average books nowadays too.

4.5/5 stars!

Wow - what an ending. I never would have guessed it, that's for sure. This was quite the mystery - Perry Mason style - although the judge won't allow it again, so the next book must be completely different.
I enjoyed Amy's inner-conflict and the way she handled it. It was very well written. An interesting read from all the genres.

I’m not one for romance novels but this one had me hooked from the start. I found the premise to be both different and intense. Repeat begins with a man, grieving the loss of not one woman he loves, but two. He thinks about his life, the choices he’s made, and how it brought him to the point he’s at. Then, he gets a chance to do it all again, another shot at love.

It really hooked me when the story takes the main character back to the ‘60’s, to begin his journey for the one thing he wants most of all—love. The cross of paranormal/romance/history was simply the icing on the cake of a fantastic plot. It makes you sit and wonder about your own life and how the choices you make may affect those around you. Better yet, it makes you wonder what you would do if you were given a second chance at your own life.

A serial killer and a cop who’s determined to stop him. The romance between Reesa and her newfound love interest, Jeff, is overshadowed by her suspicions. More than once, he has had ties with the crimes she must investigate. Reesa finds herself torn between wanting to take down the killer once and for all and losing herself to her own vulnerability.

There was a lot going on in this story. On one hand you had a vicious serial killer seemingly picking his victims based on infidelity and on the other you have a delightful romance with a fickle female lead. There were a lot of ups and downs, a lot of moments where I wanted to grab Reesa and tell her to get her things together, but in the end, the twists were worth it. I loved that I wasn’t able to easily guess who the killer was. It made the book riveting up until the last page.
