A good introduction for children. It is written in clear and concise language, well illustrated and the layout I ticking for a young reader.

Students will hear plenty about Helen Keller as they go through school. This book is a great introduction to the woman. I really enjoyed that it discussed her life at college and foray into movies. These were times of her life I had not heard much about.

Any reader would benefit greatly from reading this detailed account of Keller's life. My only real issue is that the cover and the book itself look very dull. It is a not a book most people would decide to pick up and read based on looks.
