Excellent slim volume, with lots of practical help. I would highly recommend this book at any stage of marriage, as a general marriage book, not simply for couples in crisis. The 2 chapters on communication are highly applicable to the entire family, as well, not just for marriages. We plan to share much of those 2 chapters with our children, ages 15, 12, 10, 7, & 4.
