A fun romp with some great characters. I do wonder how much the children who read it are going to understand the eighties nostalgia though - cassette tapes? My 7yo doesn’t know what one of those is!

In this second instalment we get to know the characters a little more and there's plenty of action and peril to keep young readers turning the pages. The background details are nicely embedded with more revelations woven into the plot pointing to lots of possibilities for future books. The castle is full of surprises and secrets - I have a picture of it in my head but I would love a plan!
Recommended and looking forward to the next book.… (más)
