For it being 307 pages in ebook format, it didn't feel that way. I was engrossed from the start, and I enjoyed the plot and characters from the start as well. I would happily read more by this author.

Dark romance is one of my favorites, then add in the mafia element, and spice and I'm hooked.

This is the second book in a Interconnected stand-alone series, so you can read them out of order like I did.

They might be my new favorite couple.
