Biografía breve
Jeffers initially had much trouble finding a publisher for her first book, Feel the Fear and do it anyway. She claimed that the worst rejection letter she received read: "Lady Di could be bicycling nude down the street giving this book away and nobody would read it."

The first part of the book is great: understanding how to manage fear and learning that this can become anticipation after plenty of practice. This book contained lots of good practical advice, such as the power of eliminating negativity and pessimism from your vocabulary, taking responsibility for your reactions, how to have a balanced life, and many other great pearls of wisdom. Thoroughly recommended.
