JAK Cartoons from the London Evening Standard & The… por Raymond Jackson
One in a long series of annuals, a la Giles and Strube, done by Jackson of his editorial cartoon work for the Beaverbrook papers. This covers the period January - October, 1978, in the runup to the landmark May, 1979 election (there are cartoons that are, in essence, the opening shots in the campaign).
Collection of editorial cartoons from the London Evening Standard, circa 1974-1975. Jackson was not a patch on Low or "Vicky," but the cartoons are pretty decent. These days, you practically need annotations to get many of the jokes.
