Short storyline:Tia takes an adventure vacation to Morvona Island. She meets Daniel, and in the end solves the mystery of why another character is acting the way she does.

Notes for the reader: Good story. More like a seven to ten year old's adventure story, except for the gentle romance included.

What ages would I recommend it too? – Seven and up. The adventure is appropriate for seven year olds, or even five year olds. The romance, pushing it closer to fourteen.

Length? – Most of a day’s read.

Characters? – Memorable, several characters.

Setting? – Real world, horse farm.

Written approximately? – 2004.

Does the story leave questions in the readers mind? – Long climb to the story, then it's just over.

Any issues the author (or a more recent publisher) should cover? No.

Short storyline: Yasmine and Oliver go to summer horse camp together. They struggle to figure out who, and why someone wants to steal the camp' daughter's necklace.

Notes for the reader: The ending is unbelievable. The timing, distance, confession, and place just don't add up. It feels tacked on.
