Livingston Hopkins

This has got to be one of the greatest finds in literary history, or at least for me in a very long time. The book's cover page begins with "Copiously Illustrated by the Author from Sketches Taken at a Safe Distance."

And it just gets better from there.

Hopkins put together what can only be read as one time political heresy. Its informative, incorrect, politically incorrect, and has a dash of "Yep.. I really did just write that, but you can't touch me because I've been dead a really long time sucker!"

I love this book so much, even in it's tattered, frayed falling apart state. I wish I could give it ten stars.
