Laura, a native New Yorker, leaves her mom & ex-boyfriend behind to accept a job as a tour guide at the Hemingway House in Key West, Florida. She meets some new people and enjoys working with the House’s resident cats.

There isn’t really an in-depth story to follow here. There are a lot of one-dimensional characters who are so flat you can almost see the storyboard on which they were created. There are also a lot of descriptions of cats, Key West, and sunsets. And that’s about it.

This book is not a great piece of literature; it’s not even an interesting story. It is a painless way to kill some time without having to concentrate too hard.… (más)
