Fred T. Hofstetter

Fred T. Hofstetter was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. A graduate of Saint Joseph's College with a Ph.D. from Ohio State University, Dr. Hofstetter is director of the Instructional Technology Center at the University of Delaware.
