Biografía breve: Born in Leeds in 1909, she was the daughter of Marks Hoffenberg and Rebecca Hoffenberg (formerly Lipman). By 1934 she had married Mohamed Rachad Bey Mohamed Talaat Jabri (Rashad Jabri), and by 1945 had moved with him to Damascus, Syria. They had two children in England, Bassima and Nawal. In 1968 she relocated to Beruit, Lebanon. She died in the London Borough of Merton in 1998.
Her two published books are "Spring Harvest" and "Arab Women in Love".
