When Cadillac Holland is one the job it's never boring instead it's exciting, a roller coaster of emotions from start to finish. When a certain Mobster is out of jail, every mob you could think of want his journals , with all the dirt of so many people. It's a feel for all trying to get that the regular excitement of A Cadillac Holland mystery is ten fold. This is a series that is wonderful to read, never boring with lots of emotions throughout the whole thing
“After the previous book I expected a shocking twist but key point here is the plural ‘twists’. This was a ride like no other and if you add mob? Yeah, everything could have had happened! The author develop a hooking up story from the beginning to the end. Enjoy the mystery and be amazed with the plot.”
Did the pit bull do the dead or was it the girlfriend, bodyguard, or even one of the many enemy's of the former gangster turned record producer? ( cough cough, yea right) But Det. Holland a,k,a Cadillac, was given the case so he's going to work it. I love that the story takes place in a New Orleans , with real places and their descriptions. It makes it all the more real for me. There are everything from gangs, little old ladies, dog trainers , Cadillac's odd mother, and some good/bad cops. When a calm quiet, well -behaved pit bull is your only suspect in a murder , something is just not right. But who did the deed, and are others in danger is it one or more people who are involved in it. Someone is hiding something but who is it or are they several secrets floating around?… (más)
