This was a book on "how strong women can help their husbands become Godly leaders". As the author said in the beginning pages: "My sisters of a more submissive nature might find it hard to read because the stories and examples are from marriages where the wife is in charge. The truths and concepts are the same, but the practical applications and perspective are different." I found this to be true for me.

I especially liked the way she backed up what she had to say with a lot of scriptures passages and how God's Word was what guided her life. She was very open and gave very good examples of how she made what she was learning from God's Word a practical part of her life and marriage. I also enjoyed the suggested prayers at the end of each chapter; one for the wife and one for the husband. A book that hopefully will help women to be 'God empowered wives'.… (más)
