I read an advanced copy of graphic novel and some of the illustrations were blurry, so I cannot comment on the quality of the finished product.

Overall, the story was interesting and told well. I liked this alternate ending to Frank's escape from Alcatraz.

Why bother to imagine what might have happened to Frank Lee Morris after he escaped the walls of Alcatraz if all you can come up with is a dull, quiet life in the 'burbs. And why drape it in such ugly art and colors?

I would have better off re-reading Unsolved Case Files: Jailbreak at Alcatraz: Frank Morris & the Anglin Brothers' Great Escape by Tom Sullivan.
