¿QUÉ ES LA FUERZA?

Antes de procurar ocuparnos racionalmente
en la indagación de los efectos recíprocos y
afinidades de unas fuerzas cualesquiera, físicas,
psíquicas o de otra especie, se presenta ante
todo la pregunta: ¿qué es la "fuerza?"

La observación y la experiencia, tanto externa
como interna, enseñan que la "fuerza"
es un atributo o función de algo que se llama
"substancia" o "materia," a saber, un movimiento
que por su naturaleza, no puede ser más
que la expresión de una energía, ya que la
substancia inanimada no puede moverse por si
misma. A la verdad, no está demostrada la
existencia de cualquiera materia, y contradice
a toda filosofía sana, a menos que por "materia"
entendamos la "substancia" (de sub-debajo,
y sto-estar), es decir, aquel principio que
es la base de toda existencia. Este principio, sin
embargo, no puede ser por sí mismo otra cosa

LA CURACIÓN DEL CUERPO POR EL PODER ESPIRITUAL

La clave para curar las enfermedades, se halla en la
comprensión de la ley fundamental que rige la naturaleza
del ser humano, y para esto es necesario que un
sistema racional de medicina conozca la constitución
del hombre; no solo la de su cuerpo físico, sino la
constitución astral y mental de ese ser llamado "Hombre"
que es todavía el misterio mas grande para la ciencia.
Muchos tesoros valiosos de los tiempos pasados
han sido sepultados en el olvido; muchas ideas luminosas
de la medicina antigua, han desaparecido durante la
revolución del pensamiento, y comienzan a elevarse
en el horizonte mental, donde se les da nombres
nuevos y se las admira como cosas que se supone no
han existido jamás.

Epocas de espiritualidad han precedido a la pasada
época de materialidad, y es seguro que han de seguir
otras eras de pensamiento espiritual más elevado.

Durante estas épocas anteriores se conocían muchas
verdades de suma importancia que han desaparecido en
los tiempos modernos, y aunque la ciencia popular
actual, la que trata de las apariencias exteriores de la
naturaleza fisica, es sin duda más grande que la de los
tiempos anteriores, el estudio de los libros de medicina
antiguos demuestra que los sabios de dichos tiempos
sabían más acerca de las leyes fundamentales de

OUR SALVATION IS THE LIFE OF CHRIST IN US.

The place or state wherein the true Rosicrucian lives is far too
exalted and glorious to be described in words. When we enter the
vestibule of the temple of the true Rose Cross, we enter into a region
of unalloyed bliss and happiness. There is an effulgence of
superterrestrial light, where all laborious thinking and exercise of the
imagination for the purpose of drawing logical inferences about the
unknown, ceases, for in that light is the realm of pure knowledge to
live there is to perceive, and to perceive is to know. Into that paradise
of celestial consciousness nothing impure can enter. No room is there
for terrestrial flesh and blood; but the spiritual beings which inhabit
that realm are made of the flesh and body of Christ in other words,
of the substance of the spiritual soul.

H. P. Blavatsky, in her Key to Theosophy, says that there are
beings having attained a state of spiritual consciousness which would
entitle them to enter the state of Nirvana; nevertheless, out of
compassion for mankind, they still remain residents of this earth
inhabiting invisibly for mortal eyes the astral plane of our planet. In
that, she describes the true order of the Golden and Rosy Cross as a
spiritual Brotherhood, and if one of these superior beings, for some
purpose or other, reincarnates in a human body upon this planet...… (más)

THE LIFE AND DOCTRINES OF JACOB BOEHME

This is a verbatim reprints of Hartmann's biography of Jacob Boehme. It includes a broad yet detailed survey of his teachings on a wide range of subjects, including cosmology, anthropogenesis, angelology, the Christ, spiritual redemption, regeneration, death and eternal life, etc. Jakob Böhme (1575-1624) was a German Christian mystic and one of the most prominent Theosophists of the mediaeval ages. He is considered to have been an inspired and original thinker, and his books caused much controversy and strong reactions from his contemporaries, particularly "Aurora" (or "Die Morgenroete im Aufgang", "The rising of Dawn"). He wrote prolifically in his later years, and became known post mortem for his major works "De Signatura Rerum" (The Signature of All Things) and "Mysterium Magnum."

Franz Hartmann (1838-1912) was a German medical doctor, theosophist, occultist, geomancer, astrologer, and author. His works include several books on esoteric studies and biographies of Jakob Böhme and Paracelsus. He translated the Bhagavad Gita into German and was the editor of the journal Lotusblüten. He was a co-worker of Helena Blavatsky and founder of the German Theosophical Society.… (más)
