The author introduces himself as a "Jungian analyst", and he includes references to the entooling C.G. Jung provided, particularly with respect to dreams, and with appropriate nods to Freud, Frankl, and other explorers of the unconscious mind. Bud Harris writes this book with the intention to "change your life" for the better, and in the Emersonian sense of acquiring character.

This is a really splendid book! Its more that a years since I read it, but I plan to do it again. - So this isnt really a review, but a reminder to my selves about writing one.
Anyway, I can say so much, that it really made me concious about my relation to my father, and it did initialise a process where I found and still do find out a lot about how he have affected who I am.
