Biografía breve
Working mainly as an actor and director Dave Dawkins has also published half a dozen short stories over the years under the nom de plume D. Harrigon. He has lived in Australia, UK, China and America, travelling the world at every opportunity.

His acting work has engaged with everything from Shakespearean companies, through circus performers, to opera.

The pandemic sent him from London back to Australia, where he currently resides, walking the many trails of the Tasmanian wilderness in his spare time.

The city came to claim Therasia's lands. Can this one, half-fae hunter resist them? Only if she uncovers the truth about her own nature and powers. Will her growing feelings for one of the soldiers prove to be her salvation, or her downfall?

The land resembles southern France in the late 17th and early 18th centuries, specifically around Toulouse. We explore the ideas of poverty and wealth that lead to the French Revolution, from the viewpoint of a power reversal that invalidates the need for a revolution.

There are faeries, blood, romance creeping horrors and angry soldiers.

We follow a figure traditionally cast as the villain - a violent half-fae with few scruples. We learn she is fighting tooth and claw not only to preserve her way of life, but to prevent a war that would slaughter thousands, and halt a mighty power struggle brewing among the fae.

This is my debut novel, and I'm very excited to bring this to you all.
