- Lynn Hardy was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, the second of five children, followed six minutes later by an identical twin. Her first steps were taken in the rural countryside of Oklahoma. She attended kindergarten in the Midwest but returned to Arizona for grade school. Eight years in the desert city of Glendale, she longed for a change and dreamed of seeing new places. Lynn’s wish was granted. She changed high schools seven times.
Having fulfilled her wanderlust, she returned to Arizona her senior year so she could attend college in the land of rugged beauty that had forever remained “home” in her heart. During her second year of college, Lynn met her husband while attending Northern Arizona University. Lynn left school due to a severe case of walking phenomena. She remained out of school to support her fiancé through his senior year. Tony, her husband, has been an incredible wellspring of support for thirteen wonderful years of matrimony in the peaceful tranquility of Idaho, where she raises two beautiful girls.
The decision to place her work with Resilient Publishing, a small press publisher, was not taken lightly. Small press novels have a reputation as being substandard work. Lynn hopes to defy this labeling by investing in two important steps. She consulted with a cover designer from Tor to create a more market friendly design. Lynn also hired Andrea Howe, an editor who worked with one of the countries leading publishers, Wizards of the Coast.

Everyone wants to slow down the aging process as much as possible. This book gives some easy-to-follow tips to do that.
Consider getting rid of your chemical-filled cleaning products and switch to non-toxic brands. Get a good night's sleep every night. If that is not happening, you may need to sleep in a different position or raise the head of your bed by several inches.
Believe it or not, cholesterol is your friend. Eat more fat and protein, and eat less carbohydrates. Totally get rid of sugar and artificial sweeteners. Consider intermittent fasting. Choose healthy cooking oils, and consume bone broth.
Getting vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables (and sunlight) is preferred, but supplements are very acceptable. If you are so inclined, CBD oil is good to try. It doesn't contain any THC (the part that causes the "high"). Look into castor oil packs and liver flushes.
The author also explores cold therapy, epsom salt baths, getting a dog, stopping smoking, meditating, correcting your posture and ditching the sunglasses.
No one is expected to do all of these tips at once. Pick a few that you can make part of your daily routine, then pick a few more. For most people, this book is common knowledge. There will always be those for whom this book is a revelation. Yes, it is very much worth reading.… (más)

Prophecy of the Flame is an action filled story that starts with the innocence of role-playing. However, Archmage Reba and her team find themselves whisked through space, and into a place unknown to the world they once knew. Forced to leave her husband behind, Reba finds she quickly becomes the talk of the town. Whispers of prophecy follow her every move as she now possess the powers her role-playing normal human counterpart once dreamed up. The same also goes for her new-found team that journeyed with her.
The Kingdom is under attack from demonic forces, and the group quickly learns that they were brought to this plane of existence by the King's Archmage. They needed help, quickly, or else all of mankind would fall to the evil knocking at their door. Will the team lead by Archmage Reba be able to thwart the invasion and restore peace? Does the Prophecy of the Flame hold true, or will it be the demise of the kingdom? You know you'll have to read the story to find out!
I love stories such as this. The author Lynn Hardy did a wondrous job at recreating the role-playing theme as well as a fantastic fantasy world. I found myself smiling as I turned each page as well as to many of the earthly references that we take for granted. The largest reference in particular occurs when Reba conjures herself a real toilet! Or perhaps the singing of one of my favorite childhood songs.
The poetry that is used for the spells is also a hoot. I really do wish magic was as simple! Her characters were well developed, and the plot is as solid as stone. There is much turmoil in the book besides the actual demonic invasion, and I felt it was wonderfully portrayed. For many women, this book will not only give you the satisfaction of a good story, but I think we can all find a relation to Archmage Reba. This of course is not to state the book is only for women, no, men too will find a deep love for this story. It really offers a little something for everyone, and I for certain will be reading the sequel as soon as possible!… (más)

Kyle is married to Rebecca and he’s given her an interesting gift for their anniversary. It’s not something I would ever think of but it shows how thoughtful he is. He comes up with something that his wife would like to do. From there, Lynn has her characters going to an alternate universe.
I’m a reader of all things romance but I don’t feel that is a major part of this story. The fantasy and science fiction are more prevalent. But I actually think that this is a good thing. I’m a speed reader but I found that this was a book that I wanted to take my time to read. I haven’t felt like that about a book in a long while. It holds your attention from beginning to end. I loved seeing how strong of a character Rebecca is. It’s not all about the male taking care of the “little woman”.
I found it interesting that as I read about Rebecca and her group, I could relate this story to some of the things that I’ve seen in the news lately – some people are very good about hiding their true nature until it’s too late to get them any type of help. Lynn also has illustrations within the book which you don’t see too often. The only disappointment I had was that my Kindle is black and white – I would have loved to have seen the illustrations in color.
Lynn has me wondering if her story will ever be our reality in the future. And will I ever see that in my lifetime. You will have to read her book in order to find out what a great imagination she has. It must
have taken a lot of time and hard work to develop. It will also have you looking forward to reading book two. I look forward to seeing what else Lynn has in store for her readers.

"Angels Believe in You" is a true story of author Lynn Hardy's spiritual journey with God. There is so much we can glean from her experiences. One thing that stood out to me was when she said that even when we mess up or don't listen, God still keeps trying to reach us. The other is that no matter what, don't ever stop praying. God hears every single one, but sometimes the answer is not yet, or no I have something better in store for you. I believe every Christian will be inspired by this book as they see what happens when you trust God completely.… (más)
